We are inviting businesses to set up a vendor table at the meeting to give you an opportunity to rub elbows with the contractors attending. There will be plenty of time for you to visit with potential customers. Your vendor table will be set up in the room where Friday evening and Saturday activities are taken place. We would like you to be involved as much as you desire.
At the banquet, door prizes are given out to members and if you would like to donate an item or cash donation, please let me know. Large items could be auctioned to raise funds for the scholarship program that Earthmoving Contractors Association of Texas has established. Also, event sponsorships such as skeet shoot, meals, and breaks are available for your business. Contact me for more information about sponsorships or auction items. A 6 foot table and 2 chairs will be available for your use.
If you are already an Associate member of ECAT the $250 table fee will be waived.

We hope that having you attend our annual meeting we can provide an added incentive to attract more membership participation and give you a chance to visit with potential customers. Earthmoving Contractors Association of Texas currently has 154 members from across the state and continues to increase membership each year. We want to establish a working relationship with our associate members and encourage you to attend the meetings.
